What could be a better way to learn Chinese language and culture than to take a study trip in China? The Chicago Chinese Cultural Institute has partnered withChina Academy of Arts to bring you the Study in China program again this summer between June 26 and July 12. The 15-day total language and culture immersion program features intensive language and cultural classes as well as field excursions. An highlight of this year's program is a visit to the Shanghai World Expo. This is one of the most comprehensive programs you could experience in a short two week period. All levels of Chinese language proficiency are welcome.Students will be divided into small classes according to their skills and a typical day will be half-day language study joined by afternoon and/or evening activities such as calligraphy, painting, and dinner outing, etc. Guided tours of major attractions are also included. Students will live at a hotel next to the university with convenient room facilities, 24-hour hot water and free internet.

Registration is accepted before May 1, 2010. Cost: $2300 for land-only including all language and cultural classes, room and board, teaching materials, cultural activities, transportation to activities on itinerary, sight-seeing tours, etc. This price does not include international flight tickets, travel insurance and visa processing fee. Or $3695 to include land-only services plus international flight tickets and visa processing fee. This price does not include travel insurance.
