1. Chinese Papercutting Demonstration

In summer, 2010, CCCI will partner with Chicago Public Library to bring a Chinese papercut artist from China to make demonstration and give workshops at 40 Chicago Public Libraries from July 19 to Aug. 6. To find out the dates and branches that the artist will visit, please click here.

3. Chinese calligraphy and painting demonstration

4. Woodblock Printing Demonstration

In Feburary 2008, the CCCI partnered with Confucius Institute in Chicago to sponsor a Chinese Woodblock Print Artist from Wu-Qiang Chinese New Year Woodblock Print Museum in China to visit Chicago. She made presentation at 7 Chicago Public Schools, 2 private schools, Nelson Atkins Museum of Arts in Kansas City and Chinese American Museum in Chicago.
